Each package guarantees your attendance to a full day of training and technical workshops where you will hear from guest speakers and our team members to understand all of PourMyBeer’s functionalities and features. You will connect and network with up to 50 self-pour operators under one roof. There will be games and other activities too. Learn more below!

What are the dates of the summit?

The summit starts on Sunday, February 19th and ends on Tuesday, February 21st.

Where will this event take place?

The workshops will take place at the Hampton Inn Odessa Trinity.

What is the cost of the event?

To attend one day of workshops, it costs $399. To attend both days, it costs $499.

For operators with self-pour on the way, in the process of opening, or operating with self-pour for less than 6 months

What to Know & How to Plan

Do you provide recommendations for accommodations?

The Hampton Inn Odessa Trinity is offering discounts to PourMyBeer customers, or you can stay at another hotel.

When should I fly in and out for the summit?

If you purchase the Self-Pour Newcomer package, fly in early afternoon on 2/19 and out any time on 2/21. If you purchase the Self-Pour Expert package, fly in early afternoon on 2/20 and out on 2/22. If you choose to attend both workshops, you'll want to be in Tampa from 2/19-2/22.

What time will the event start?

We will email you all the details you need to know to plan your arrival and departure, including the times of dinner each evening.

If I'm not a PourMyBeer customer, can I still attend the summit?

You must be a current or future PourMyBeer operator to attend this event. If you are joining the PourMyBeer family and place your final deposit before January 30th, 2023, you can attend this event.

Transportation

You can rent a car to get around during the Summit or use a ride-sharing app.
