Chief Operations Officer
Scott grew up in Winchester, Virginia, the heart of the scenic Shenandoah Valley. He’s an avid cyclist, outdoorsman, and lover all things craft beer. While harnessing his appreciation for craft beer in his early 20’s, he received a Marketing Degree from Longwood University. In a previous (business) life, Scott worked with a Virginia based Homebuilder where he gained an extensive knowledge in Sales Management, Strategic Marketing, Purchasing / Estimating, and Business Development. In 2008 and in need of a change of scenery, he packed up his possessions and made the move from Virginia to San Diego where he started a Tourism-based small business in San Diego’s Historic Gaslamp Quarter. That business is cranking along and allowing Scott to take on his next big project. Scott currently resides in San Diego with his wife Serra, and their two young boys, Ty & Colin.
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Ed hails from the great state of Connecticut, growing up not too far from the birthplace of PT Barnum, which could explain his affinity for sales, marketing and being an all around Showman. Despite being born in North Carolina and growing up in “southern Connecticut” (yes that’s a thing) Ed headed north for college to the frigid but beautiful University of Vermont, where he enjoyed creating volatile organic compounds as he earned his degree in chemistry. Graduating unscathed, he decided to play it safe, stay away from the chem lab and take a job at an Internet start-up in Boston. Thus started his long career growing sales at innovative tech companies, from heading up sales & marketing at boot-strapped start-ups to those with $200mm in series A funding. Today he resides in Santa Monica, CA, where he enjoys getting out to the ocean and the mountains, and exploring Hollywood filming locations.
Regional Sales Director
Oliver grew up in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago (picture “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off”). He went on to study at Miami University in Ohio, which is the first “Miami”, since Florida belonged to Spain when the school was founded. After college, he managed restaurants for Lettuce Entertain You, Inc. in Chicago. Seeking to fulfill an itch to live abroad and learn a new language, he joined the Peace Corps, serving in Nicaragua as a high school business teacher as well as helping small businesses and building schools in rural villages. Returning to the US in the depth of a recession, he joined a small medical software company, Intelligent Medical Objects. What started as a contract position lead to a full-time Sales Executive role. Over the next 7 years, the company grew from $4M/ year in revenue to $50M/ year. As the company was in the process of being sold, he took this opportunity to take a year off and travel through Asia. Travel, photography, family, friends, and food are all passions of his. His passion for all things Miami lead him back to the US, where he now calls Miami, Florida (the second Miami) home. He joined PourMyBeer as a Regional Sales Director and covers the Southeast/Northeast and Midwest. At his core, Oliver is an educator. He educated children and adults in Nicaragua the same way he educates prospective customers on the benefits of our hardware/software. Using past experiences and being open to new ideas helps to power a company forward.

Combining that with a technically curious mind, has proven to be a valuable combination.
Duncan fills in where we need the most help. One day it’s job prep, another day it’s video editing and he also helps in sales activities. He is from Wagga Wagga, Australia. This has led to over half of the Fortune 100 companies using a software that he has helped to develop. Besides that, Justin enjoys traveling around the world and loves going to Austria for his business trips. He currently resides in Boston, MA where you can run into him at any of the local Chipotle locations and if you stumble across any of the Chipotle fan clubs online, Justin is most likely running the page! Bring him extra guac and you got yourself a new friend!
Regional Director / Project Manager
Rich started working in the bar and banquet business while in high school in NJ, where he learned all kinds of things you probably shouldn’t know as a teenager. He took those skills to Harrisonburg VA and started throwing parties under the guise of attending college at James Madison University (GO DUKES!) His prowess as social chairman eventually got him elected fraternity president and many beers were spilled. Post college, he headed to Washington DC to work for Marriott Hotels in their management program. An early run-in with Jim Koch from Samuel Adams left him wanting to brew beer and open a brewery. After several years of rebelliously completing bar and restaurant renovation projects without proper approvals, Marriott bigwigs refused to fund his Microbrewery proposal in downtown Richmond. That led Rich switch to sales and event planning to pad his resume and then head over to Omni hotels to be a food and beverage director. There he realized that he just did not fit the corporate environment due to his propensity to always wanting to be doing something else. He and his wife bought a house, started a family, quit his real job to start a restaurant. When more kids mysteriously showed up, he thought he better get a job that made money and he went to back to sales with a mortgage company. Rich helped to grow the company from 5 employees to 130 and learned a lot about computers, networking, money and building an organization out of thin air. Seven or eight years later, the mortgage and banking businesses took a giant dump when the big banks got super greedy and so our boy Rich went back to work in the hotel / F&B business with a cool hotel development company giving him a creative outlet to experiment with new ideas. From there, he went back into the restaurant side – running a hip restaurant company where he and some equally crazy beer lovers built a 60 tap self serve spot on the downtown mall. After its successful launch, he was invited along with his business partner to visit PourMyBeer world headquarters back in 2016 and tell the team what it’s like out there in the field of beer dreams. Upon arrival, Rich thanked Josh, our CEO, for hiring him and that he was excited to join the team. (All looked on in amazement as this clown hired himself to work with the best people in the business.) Since then, he has tirelessly (without tires) worked to do crazy things and help other people realize the dream of self-serve beer and how that alone can make the world a better place… the end.. or just the beginning!
Our PourMyBeer soccer star comes from Sahuarita, AZ and currently resides in Las Vegas. He has tons of mechanical experience from working in the medical field and installing x-ray machines. From an early age, his dream was to be a project manager one day which he managed to accomplish as early as the age of 21! Besides running the show for our project management, he is the real guru when it comes to the installation of PourMyBeer system. Justin believes in the value of hard work and rather than relying on luck as many people tend to do in Vegas, he focuses on killing it at work and on the soccer field.
Táňa, a daughter of a pub owner, was born and raised in the Czech Republic, the country with the highest beer consumption per capita in the World. This gives her a unique understanding and appreciation for what goes into running a successful Pub as well as mature understanding of the different styles of beers. Táňa has lived in the U.S. for the past seven years, but spent the first five exploring and hiking the Pacific Northwest, where she focused on becoming a digital marketing ninja while studying at Bellevue College. While earning her degree she also competed in marketing competitions that resulted in her team being crowned National Champs. While in college, she worked as a bartender, event manager and even quality assurance tester at Microsoft. When she’s not creating digital magic at PourMyBeer, she enjoys traveling, dancing, yoga and reading (Not all at the same time, but that does sound fun to try). She moved to Chicago a couple years ago and made tons of furry friends all around the city by dog sitting, fostering and volunteering at a local animal shelter. She’s also fluent in 5 languages – Czech, English, Slovak, Polish & Spanish.
Cristina grew up in Westchester, IL, and went to Northern IL University. She is married with two boys of ages 3 and 6. They fill out her days with joy and laughter. Cristina worked for a small public accounting firm for over a decade and wanted to try out the private sector, that is how she came to us and joined PourMyBeer tribe. When she is not helping our team, she loves to spend time with her family and friends or cook. Cristina has an appreciation for tasting good wines and beers which is why she loves PourMyBeer technology that allows her to taste as little or as much as she likes.
Office Manager (Contracts & AR)
Cathy grew up in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago and has stayed loyal to the area to this day. She worked as a paralegal for 28 years but wanted to have a bit more fun while working, so she decided to leave the legal field and help a fellow coworker embark on a liquor dispensing start-up company. During that time she met our rockstar CEO, Josh, who has a special talent for surrounding himself with extremely talented and smart people like Cathy and the rest of PourMyBeer team. It was a no-brainer that when the liquor dispensing company that Cathy worked for got relocated to out of state, Josh asked her to join PourMyBeer. Working with sales, accounting and customers, Cathy puts all the puzzle pieces together and is a pro at multitasking. Cathy is a huge Cubs fan from days of watching Ernie Banks & Ron Santo and if she isn’t cheering for them (or PourMyBeer), she is making memories with her family.
