Prior to founding the company in 2009, he worked in Business Development with Modis, an IT Staffing firm. He was responsible for building the Baltimore Metro market for the company. He landed several blue chip accounts that took that market from non-existent to top producing market in a matter of 24 months. Chief Operations Officer
Scott grew up in Winchester, Virginia, the heart of the scenic Shenandoah Valley. He’s an avid cyclist, outdoorsman, and lover all things craft beer. While harnessing his appreciation for craft beer in his early 20’s, he received a Marketing Degree from Longwood University. In a previous (business) life, Scott worked with a Virginia based Homebuilder where he gained extensive knowledge in Sales Management, Strategic Marketing, Purchasing / Estimating, and Business Development. In 2008 and in need of a change of scenery, he packed up his possessions and made the move from Virginia to San Diego where he started a Tourism-based small business in San Diego’s Historic Gaslamp Quarter. That business is cranking along and allowing Scott to take on his next big project. Scott currently resides in San Diego with his wife Serra, and their two young boys, Ty & Colin.
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Ed hails from the great state of Connecticut, growing up not too far from the birthplace of PT Barnum, which could explain his affinity for sales, marketing and being an all around Showman. Despite being born in North Carolina and growing up in “southern Connecticut” (yes, that’s a thing) Ed headed north for college to the frigid but beautiful University of Vermont, where he enjoyed creating volatile organic compounds as he earned his degree in Chemistry. Graduating unscathed, he decided to play it safe, stay away from the chem lab and take a job at an Internet start-up in Boston. This started his long career growing sales at innovative tech companies, from heading up sales & marketing at boot-strapped start-ups to those with $200mm in series A funding. Today he resides in Santa Monica, CA, where he enjoys getting out to the ocean and the mountains, and exploring Hollywood filming locations.
Regional Sales Director
Oliver grew up in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago (picture “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off”). He went on to study at Miami University in Ohio, which is the first “Miami”, since Florida belonged to Spain when the school was founded. After college, he managed restaurants for Lettuce Entertain You, Inc. in Chicago. Seeking to fulfill an itch to live abroad and learn a new language, he joined the Peace Corps, serving in Nicaragua as a high school business teacher as well as helping small businesses and building schools in rural villages. Returning to the US in the depth of a recession, he joined a small medical software company, Intelligent Medical Objects. What started as a contract position lead to a full-time Sales Executive role. Over the next 7 years, the company grew from $4M/ year in revenue to $50M/ year. As the company was in the process of being sold, he took this opportunity to take a year off and travel through Asia. Travel, photography, family, friends, and food are all passions of his. His passion for all things Miami lead him back to the US, where he now calls Miami, Florida (the second Miami) home. He joined PourMyBeer as a Regional Sales Director and covers the Southeast/Northeast and Midwest. At his core, Oliver is an educator. He educated children and adults in Nicaragua the same way he educates prospective customers on the benefits of our hardware/software. Using past experiences and being open to new ideas helps to power a company forward.

Jason touches every aspect of the project. From drawing out your custom wiring diagram to managing logistics, he’s an integral part in ensuring our perfect record when it comes to customer satisfaction. His experience in training and technical knowledge allow him to teach our customers how to install and use their awesome new self serve beer systems.
Tech Jedi / Installations
Thomas has installed more self-serve beer systems than anyone in the World – well over 200 installations. Prior to working with self-serve beer systems, Thomas was on a full academic scholarship at the University of Maryland. At a young age, Thomas was taking apart anything electronic or mechanical and putting it back together. In his spare time, he competes semi-professionally in drifting cars. He also enjoys fixing and modifying cars. He and his fiancee, Brittany live near Baltimore, Maryland.
Lead Software Engineer
This big Chipotle fan grew up in Southern Maryland where he graduated from the University of Maryland. After graduation, he explored working in fields like education, training, and even the advertising industry. This has led to over half of the Fortune 100 companies using a software that he has helped to develop. When Justin is not building software solutions, planning new integrations, or working with third-party vendors, he loves snowboarding, riding his motorcycle, and working on machine learning projects. Besides that, Justin enjoys traveling around the world and loves going to Austria for his business trips. He currently resides in Boston, MA where you can run into him at any of the local Chipotle locations and if you stumble across any of the Chipotle fan clubs online, Justin is most likely running the page! Bring him extra guac and you got yourself a new friend!
Office Manager (Contracts & AR)
Cathy is a paralegal by trade but after 28 years in the legal field, she needed to add some joy to her work life. So, she left to join a startup liquor dispensing company, and wore multiple hats there until the company relocated out of state. Through that company, she met Josh and jumped at the chance to join his team in 2017. Cathy has two children and three grandchildren. If you ask Cathy what her favorite thing to do is, she will surely say spending time and making memories with her family.
Senior Marketing Manager
Táňa, a daughter of a pub owner, was born and raised in the Czech Republic, the country with the highest beer consumption per capita in the World. This gives her a unique understanding and appreciation for what goes into running a successful Pub as well as mature understanding of the different styles of beers. Táňa has lived in the U.S. for the past seven years, but spent the first five exploring and hiking the Pacific Northwest, where she focused on becoming a digital marketing ninja while studying at Bellevue College. While earning her degree she also competed in marketing competitions that resulted in her team being crowned National Champs. While in college, she worked as a bartender, event manager and even quality assurance tester at Microsoft. When she’s not creating digital magic at PourMyBeer, she enjoys traveling, dancing, yoga and reading (Not all at the same time, but that does sound fun to try). She spent 2 years in Chicago and recently moved to Colorado, where she continues fostering and volunteering at a local animal shelters. She’s also fluent in 5 languages – Czech, English, Slovak, Polish & Spanish.
Midwest Sales Director & National Accounts
Representing the Greek contingent on our team, William is the product of an entrepreneurial family that are proud owners of the Metro Bowl for over 61 years and counting. Another fun fact about William is that he and his wife Suzy spent a good portion of the ’90s booked for Wedding entertainment and DJ services. After he retired the turntable, he spent the next 3 decades in retail and manufacturing sales. He co-developed an inkjet refilling machine which he marketed and sold to the largest drugstore chain in the United States with sales exceeding $180 million. His knowledge and expertise of the self-pour space can be tied to his invention of the SmartBar, the world’s first totally automated self-contained bar.
Duncan is the token Aussie on the team who brings his positive energy and can-do attitude into every situation. He arrived during our very early days to help grow PourMyBeer from its humble beginnings to the polished product we have today. Originally a farm boy from Wagga Wagga, he attended The University of Wollongong before moving to Chicago full time. Currently, he lives in Sydney where he heads both the Australian and Asian Pacific markets. Outside of work hours, you’ll find Duncan experimenting with homebrew, surfing local beach breaks, or enjoying the outdoors with friends.
Northeast Sales Director
Josue, nicknamed Sway by his fellow team members, is the proud owner of Pennsylvania’s first self-pour taproom and restaurant, Beer Wall on Penn. When he discovered PourMyBeer’s self-pour technology in early 2018, he quickly realized his new dream was to open up his own self-pour bar which came to fruition in the Spring of 2019. In fact, it was so well received that he’s set to open his second self-pour location, Beer Wall on Prince in downtown Lancaster. Originally from Newark, N.J. and raised in Reading, P.A., Josue received his degree in Business Administration from Albright College and prior to joining the PourMyBeer team, he spent 7 years with Penske working in Corporate Sales. He earned Victory Lanes Sales Excellence in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2018. Just like majority of PourMyBeer family, Josue is an avid lover of craft beers and technology. He spends his days driving sales in the Northeast region, while delivering a one of a kind experience with his own self-pour taprooms. He currently resides in Reading , P.A. with his wife Valerie and two Bengal cats, Mila and Minxy. Meow!
Our PourMyBeer soccer star comes from Sahuarita, AZ and currently resides in Las Vegas. He has tons of mechanical experience from working in the medical field and installing x-ray machines. From an early age, his dream was to be a project manager one day which he managed to accomplish as early as the age of 21! Besides running the show for our project management, he is the real guru when it comes to the installation of PourMyBeer system. Justin believes in the value of hard work and rather than relying on luck as many people tend to do in Vegas, he focuses on killing it at work and on the soccer field.
Director of Military Partnerships
Monty Heath spent the first chunk of his adult life as a Navy SEAL. After a successful career, he was honorably discharged and decided to start a family. During that time, Monty used his unique skillset and experience in the defense contracting industry. He’s driven excessively expensive cars, (Maybach anyone?) and has traveled around the world in style, all while providing executive protection to grumpy billionaires (sorry, not sorry). He has dabbled in, and continues to perform public speaking gigs; which, to some, are scarier than being shot at. He helps veterans through numerous non-profits: Higher Ground and VetToCEO are two of his favorites. Moving in a (hopefully) less stressful and more fun direction, Monty decided to join the PourMyBeer team as our Director of Military Partnerships. Why? He’d like to help business owners cut their costs of goods sold, and help customers, particularly active military beer-lovers, acquire their beverages more quickly and efficiently.
Philip hails to us from County Waterford, Ireland, where he currently resides with his wife Suzanne and their 4 beautiful children. He’s been responsible for securing and delivering projects throughout Europe and Asia with PourMyBeer Europe. Scholastically, he received an Honours Masters Degree graduate in Lean Thinking and Operational Excellence. Professionally, he brings a breadth of experience specifically related to 12+ years in dispense technology. Growing up in a family that’s been successfully running pubs in Ireland for over 100 years brings a unique blend of entrepreneurship and hard work. Combining that with a technically curious mind, has proven to be a valuable combination.
Cristina grew up in Westchester, IL, and went to Northern IL University. She is married with two boys of ages 3 and 6. They fill her days with joy and laughter. Cristina worked for a small public accounting firm for over a decade and wanted to try out the private sector, that is how she came to us and joined the PourMyBeer tribe. When she is not helping our team, she loves to spend time with her family and friends or cook. Cristina has an appreciation for tasting good wines and beers, which is why she loves PourMyBeer technology that allows her to taste as little or as much as she likes.

Ann grew up in San Diego, California, and she is currently a student at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Before Ann started designing, she mainly created drawings and paintings. She is a big fan of coffee, so you will very likely see her with a cup of joy or self-poured cold-brew in her hand or next to her desk. Ann loves the PourMyBeer technology since it allows her to pour as much or as little cold-brew as she wants. When she is not designing for PourMyBeer, she likes to go ice skating, watch standup comedy on Netflix, taking pictures, and meeting new furry friends.
