Scott grew up in Winchester, Virginia, the heart of the scenic Shenandoah Valley. He’s an avid cyclist, outdoorsman, and lover of all craft beers. While harnessing his appreciation for craft beer in his early 20’s, he received a Marketing Degree from Longwood University. In a previous (business) life, Scott worked with a Virginia-based Homebuilder where he gained extensive knowledge in sales management, strategic marketing, purchasing / estimating, and business development. In 2008 and in need of a change of scenery, he packed up his possessions and made the move from Virginia to San Diego. He started a Tourism-based small business in San Diego’s Historic Gaslamp Quarter. That business is cranking along and allowing Scott to take on his next big project. Scott currently resides in San Diego with his wife Serra, and their two young boys, Ty & Colin.
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Ed hails from the great state of Connecticut, growing up not too far from the birthplace of PT Barnum, which could explain his affinity for sales, marketing, and being an all-around Showman. Despite being born in North Carolina and growing up in “Southern Connecticut” (yes, that’s a thing) Ed headed north for college to the frigid but beautiful University of Vermont, where he enjoyed creating volatile organic compounds as he earned his degree in Chemistry. Graduating unscathed, he decided to play it safe, stay away from the chem lab and take a job at an Internet start-up in Boston. This started his long career growing sales at innovative tech companies, from heading up sales & marketing at boot-strapped start-ups to those with $200mm in series A funding. Today he resides in Santa Monica, CA, where he enjoys getting out to the ocean and the mountains, and exploring Hollywood filming locations.
Táňa, the daughter of a pub owner, was born and raised in the Czech Republic, the country with the highest beer consumption per capita in the world. This gives her a unique understanding and appreciation for what goes into running a successful pub, as well as, a mature understanding of different beer styles. Táňa has lived in the U.S. for the past ten years and spent the first five years exploring and hiking the Pacific Northwest, where she focused on becoming a digital marketing ninja while studying at Bellevue College. While earning her degree, she also competed in marketing competitions … her team was crowned National Champs! While in college, she worked as a bartender, event manager, and even as a quality assurance tester for Microsoft. The knowledge and experience she has from working in a startup adds to her pool of awesome traits. When she’s not creating digital magic at PourMyBeer, she enjoys traveling, dancing, yoga, and reading (Not all at the same time, but that does sound fun to try). She spent 3 years in Chicago and has now been in Colorado for 2 years, where she continues fostering dogs and volunteering at a local animal shelter. She’s also fluent in 5 languages – Czech, English, Slovak, Spanish and continues to work on her Russian.
National Sales Director
Oliver grew up in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago (picture “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off”). He went on to study at Miami University in Ohio, which is the first “Miami” since Florida belonged to Spain when the school was founded. After college, he managed restaurants for Lettuce Entertain You, Inc. in Chicago. Seeking to fulfill an itch to live abroad and learn a new language. He joined the Peace Corps, serving in Nicaragua as a high school business teacher as well as helping small businesses and building schools in rural villages. Returning to the U.S. in the depth of a recession, he joined a small medical software company, Intelligent Medical Objects. What started as a contract position lead to a full-time Sales Executive role. Over the next 7 years, the company grew from $4M/ year in revenue to $50M/ year. As the company was in the process of being sold, he took this opportunity to take a year off and travel through Asia. Travel, photography, family, friends, and food are all passions of his. His passion for all things Miami lead him back to the US, where he now calls Miami, Florida (the second Miami) home. He joined PourMyBeer as a Regional Sales Director and covers the Southeast/Northeast and Midwest. At his core, Oliver is an educator. He educated children and adults in Nicaragua the same way he educates prospective customers on the benefits of our hardware/software. Using past experiences and being open to new ideas helps to power a company forward.

But it wasn’t until she earned a graduate certificate in Digital Marketing, when she realized she wanted to combine the two. Haley loves to write, create content, and has an eye for detail. When she’s not busy at work, she’s either baking delicious sweet treats for her friends and family or drinking her favorite sour beers!

Business Development Representative
Alex grew up in the small town of Union City, IN. Since he was a kid, music has always been a passion of his. He learned to play guitar, bass, and wrote music almost completely on his own, and at age 18, signed a record deal and moved to Las Vegas. Music was always an escape for him considering the high school wasn’t really his favorite place to be as a teenager. Around age 20, Rob, an entrepreneur and sort of father figure to Alex, convinced him that he should pursue a career in sales. Alex considered the advice and realized that Rob was right. From there, he began selling vehicles at a car lot in Indianapolis, working 60+ hours a week and crashing on the floor of his friend Connor’s one-bedroom apartment each night. Eventually, after a few months of hard work, he got his own place in the city, and since then, Indianapolis has been home. Alex started in the apparel industry at a tech startup called Scalable Press. He began as a customer service rep and worked his way up to an Account Manager within 6 months. This company allowed him to flourish because of the rapid growth and culture that existed there. During his time at the company, he had the pleasure of working with the likes of Juice WRLD/Interscope Records, Sharptone Records, and many Top 40 promotional companies. Today, Alex continues to put out music as a side hustle and plays acoustic shows frequently in the Midwest. He is also in the process of scaling his newest business venture in his free time and spends his days at PourMyBeer as a Business Development Representative helping push the self-serve revolution forward.

Will spent many years exploring these passions in various forms, everything from leading the sales/marketing team for a tech start-up, raising funds for non-profit organizations, starting his own production company and working in travel sales. Today he lives in Los Angeles with his dog Chloe, and couldn’t be more excited to join the PMB team.
