We, at PourMyBeer, are so confident in the stability and reliability of our revolutionary self-pour system that we provide a full 3-year warranty on all our parts and equipment, as well as a 1-year warranty on the equipment we don’t make. That is 3 times longer than any other provider on the market. We’re able to do that because, quite frankly, our system is built to take the abuse it receives in a restaurant/bar environment. We care about our PMB Family Members and want to provide the best support possible!
Below we’ll breakdown what’s included and what’s not so you won’t have to stress! Now, let’s get to it.
If any of the following parts fail, PourMyBeer will replace these items at no cost to the PourMyBeer Family Member (for 3 years from the Completion Date):
Note that if the damage occurs from misuse, abuse, or gross negligence, PourMyBeer is not responsible for any related replacement costs.
If any of the following parts fail, PourMyBeer will replace these items at no cost to the PourMyBeer Family Member (for 1 year from the Date of Installation):
If a flowmeter fails, ITS/PMB will ship out a replacement flowmeter at no charge during this warranty period. The warranty does not cover installation charges incurred by the PourMyBeer Family Member or a 3rd party. Our expert technicians will assist the customer over the phone/email to facilitate the replacement.
